Rooms were very clean and up to date. Coffee maker in room was a little dirty, but aren't they all? Only complaint was there was an issue with payment because they checked us in under the wrong person. Instead of calling first they banged on the door at about 6am. The noon check out was awesome to catch up on sleep and the Texas shaped waffles in the free breakfast were fun.

Roach infested. Within 5 minutes of being in this so called "Nice Inn" we saw a each, we killed it didn't think too much of it then as the night progressed they were coming out of everywhere it was disgusting. Don't stay even a night here.

When I stayed 2hrs ago it was very clean, well kept, breakfast was from 5am-10pm, and check out was at 12.

Hotel was new and very nice. The only problem we had was there were a bunch of contractors sitting outside smoking right in frint if our room. The evening clerk was in her car getting high. Other than that. New looking hotel.

HORRIBLE & inconvenient SERVICE! I arrived at the hotel on Friday 8/19 after waiting for nearly 30 minutes for the hostess who had apparently been employed there for 2yrs to get my debit card to go through. I was told I needed a bank authorization number in order for the transaction to be processed so I called the bank. The bank didn't even show the card had been ran and was told they don't give out authorization numbers! The hostess gave me room key and said she'd have to "figure" it out. 5 minutes later I get call & she says the transaction went through. I was charged for $204.00. The next morning headed out at 10am told housekeeping NOT to enter into the room. Around 4pm when i returned the room keys wouldn't work went to the front desk & was told I had checked out the room. Not true so hostess reissued keys. I walked back to the room entered and found that housekeeping not only entered the room but went through our belongings. After looking through my jewelry & determining nothing had been taken I layed down. About an hour later get a call from hostess saying since I had checked out my debit card needed to be ran for Saturday night. I checked my account and hotel still had pending transaction for the $204.00 I saw no need in running my card for an additional $101.00. After calling the bank twice & arguing with the hostess she ran my card for an additional $101.00. I asked to speak to the owner who doesn't live in this country so I requested to speak to a higher up manager. When I asked she stated that this manager Nikki is the one that checked me out that morning and has me on camera at 12:30pm entering lobby and checking out! I again requested to speak with her and to see the video tape. It took Nikki 30 minutes to get to the hotel. Very irritated we sat down in the kitchen area and Nikki offered to comp both nights for the inconvenience of the entire weekend. I stated no just comp me 1 night she stated no she'd comp me both nights for the inconvenience. She also stated that it wasn't me that had checked out earlier in the day! I left there went back to my room, next morning I checked out was given a receipt that showed 0.00 & told I wasn't going to be charged. Low and behold today I check and not only did the original $204.00 debit from my account but the additional $101.00 was debited as well! And of course Ms. Nikki isn't answering her phone so I have to dispute with the bank in order to get at least the $101.00 charge removed! Very unprofessional atmosphere. I have never had a more unpleasant experience in my entire life! One hostess argued that she use to work at a bank & knew how banks did business which she was clearly incorrect! I didn't stay 3nights I stayed 2 nights but was charged for 3! I am following up this review with a complaint to the BBB and filing for the theft of the $101.00.
