We have used Lonestar several times now (most recently an exterior French door installation) and we absolutely LOVE them. When you are considering Lonestar, they will likely NOT be the cheapest estimate you'll find. If price is your only criteria, don't waste your time or theirs. If you care about the quality of the product, the quality of the installation, and the guarantee that you'll be happy before you pay them a dime, then you will find their pricing competitive.  Customer service (remember that stuff?) is their #1 priority and it shows. If you want accountable and responsive people then these are your guys. I have had them do 3 different projects over the years and I could not be any happier. Shout out to the elder Mr. Frank who set the tone for this company and the younger guys (Greg, Robert, Steve) who follow through on the mission of providing a great customer experience start to finish. Thanks to all of you for another job well done.

We are thrilled with the work Lonestar completed for us (siding, windows, and gutters). The end product looks fantastic, and the Lonestar team was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. The team is very knowledgeable and responsive. The products they use are high quality and have substantial warranties. We highly recommend Lonestar, and will certainly use them again for any future projects. Very grateful to Greg, Steve, and the team for a job very well done!

Lonestar is a GREAT company that takes care of their customers throughout the entire purchasing/installation experience and beyond. We couldn't be happier with the windows they installed, and when one of them had a seal fail due to a manufacturer defect, they honored the warranty without hesitation (even though the manufacturer had since gone out of business). Thank you Lonestar!! Highly recommend them!! :)

We have used Lonestar several times in the past year - replacing front railings, replacing exterior door, fixing damaged trim and replacing gutter with their Leaf Free Gutter system.  We have been delighted with their work and professionalism.  We would gladly recommend them to others - in fact we have.  Carolyn and Linda

It is hard to find good customer service from companies today.  Lonestar is one of the exceptions.  From the top to the bottom, Lonestar provides just that, great customer service.  The installers are so friendly and likeable that they almost become family members.  They make the job look easy.  Rebecca in the office is extremely helpful and pleasant.  Greg is a super nice person and sets the standard for the company.  Would I recommend them to you?  You bet!  I sure will use them again when I change out the rest of my windows.
