Worst experience for a crown wanted a quick good job took 61/2 hours . Doc handed me off to less experienced woman Dr (bait n switch) at the end to get all the cement out they took 4 X-rays n 4 times at scraping the base of the tooth . my gums were wrecked!! I had to tell her to stop.. Needless to say I got a very bad bacterial infection in my throat the following week. Not saying their bad people just my experience ....

To those who are nervous about going back to the dentist this it's a great place to start! Setting an appointment was easy. On the phone, she was patient and listened to what symptoms I had and helped pick a date with me. I felt comfortable and at ease there. Everything was explained and I was made to feel great! I look forward to future visits with this great team !

I recently switched from another dentist after having a botch job done on my crowns. I had Andrea do my cleaning and had virtually no pain and no blood. My last dentist I'd leave in severe pain and bleeding with new pain and dental issues. I had no pain after and no new pain arose elsewhere. I've already rescheduled my next cleaning with Andrea months to come. Dr. Backer reviewed me xrays and examined my teeth and without me even saying anything confirmed my concerns about my crowns. She explained everything to me in detail so that I could understood it and made me feel at ease. I'm looking forward to getting my crowns redone properly. I cannot rave about the Gracie and the staff enough. They are genuinely nice and you can see that they are happy to be at their job. It makes you feel at ease. They take the time to answer your questions and you don't feel rushed. Oh and the early morning and late hours are just fantastic. So convenient.

The best overall experience in dental. The atmosphere is progressive and updated. The staff is positive, professional and personal. Dr. Rechter and associates are not only gentle professionals but they anticipates concerns and empathetically preaddress issues of importance. Thank you and..... God Bless.

Excellent experience at Long Island Dental Excellence. From the minute I walked in the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. My hygienist was outstanding as well as all patient care staff and front desk staff. Will definitely be recommending!
