Unprofessional!! I was recommended by a friend to go to this salon but was very disappointed and unsatisfied. First, I had a scheduled appointment but wasn't seen until 2 hours later. Second, I wasn't even satisfied with her work and when I mentioned I didn't like it that's when the attitude came out. Not only did the owner give me an attitude, the owner's mother also got nasty with me. You NEVER give your customer an attitude under no circumstances! Needless to say I will never EVER go back to that salon. They need a serious lesson in Customer servicce and professionalism.

I stopped by the salon to get an appointment  unaware that they had changed ownership. In the past I have stopped by requested an appointment and all had been well. On this occasion the woman in charge made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by asking for an appointment during certain hours. When I told her my availability she offered an appointment with no regard for my time frame. As a potential new customer  I would think at the customer service would be better. She was rude and not helpful. She made me feel like she was doing me a favor by getting me an appointment. The people who work there seemed miserable.  Although I scheduled an appointment I did not keep it after reflecting on the poor experience I had.  I have been searching for a place to get my hair done ...and my daughters hair. This is a loss for the business. I wish they were more successful black business owners but this type of service is not going to make that happen. 
 While reading the reviews I noticed a series of apologies for bad service. Apologies are not going to change peoples minds. You need to offer a better customer service and based on the reviews better hair styles and knowledge.  The customer service was so bad that I wouldn't even put my head in your hands.

- Hair appt made for 11am, stylist shows up at 12.
- I sat there for appx 4 hours before seeing a woman (wasn't who i madw the appt with i might add)
- this lady braided my hair so tight, PLUS sewed on the weave ultra tight too. 

I almost was going to take it out the next day, as i literally could not put my head down. Intense pain. Didn't want to waste my money. Which in retrospect was a stupid thing to think. Has caused scabbing and inflammation even 3 weeks after. 

Do not go to this place. All their clients have no edges. I wonder why. Go with your first instinct ladies, if they dont respect your time, how are they going to respect your hair?

I spent 600 dollars after waiting for six hours they acted like I needed so many bundles because I didn't know what was going on I don't get weaves. I got see the threading they are so rude except the girls that braid they are nice. The owner thinks she's an artist yet you can see my threading and tracks
