Workers had nasty attitude. Shrimp was over cooked and oil needed to be changed. Manager would not come out to talk. Store floor and tables along with counters for condiments and soda were beyond filthy to the point of scarey nastyFood: 1/5

Was at Long John Sliver’s today in Queensberry today. Waited 10 minutes for someone to ask me an order food. Only to have them tell me it would be a forty minute wait to get anything on the menu. Wait time was forty minutes to get my food. 20 customers left due to wait time and the whole time they where pushing out drive thru orders. The online orders where getting there food faster then most people. Pictures of my leftovers was so unhappy. No tarter sauce I’m fine area either five minutes to wait to get tarter for my fish, after someone had acknowledged me asking for it. What a JOKE is all I can say. I would give zero stars if I could!

This place is a joke. There was a man that was trying to order his food on the touch screen and he had trouble asked for help and no one would help him. They didn’t have time. There was no one taking orders for customers inside. I asked a worker if I could order and she said she didn’t work up front and no one would take anyone’s order. Got told the wait for long Johns would be a hour wait. No thank you. They were so rude and snotty workers that was there. We live a hour away and that’s the closest one to go there. I love long Johns but no more will I go there. There has been many times I have waited a half hour or longer after ordering my food. You might as well forget it if you go inside to order because no one will wait on you. People that work there are so rude when you ask them anything. I will not be going there again. The poor man that needed help ordering his food went back to the screen and tried placing an order again that way but I just left.

I live 5hrs from the closest long John Silver. I was so happy to run in to one out of town. 7:10pm No Fish No chicken. One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever seen. Service fit the setting. Run from this place. I did.

At 6:30 p.m.  had no fish. Staff said she will  have  to  call  a manager  to  see  if  they  can  cook more fish and we  would  have  to  wait for  them  to  call back which would take at least 30  minutes to hear the response.  Other customers also wanted fish.  This will be noted on Trip Adviser. Food: 1/5

Place is a joke. Manager is to busy having social time then running the place. Waited 35 mins for our food. When up and asked where our food was. After 10 min walk around manager said oh your order is on the board but they had no one to cook it.  This location should just be closedFood: 1/5

As always,  fish is excellent, However,  sad to report that only one of 4 hush puppies were good.  The other 3 were way over cooked and crumbled when we tried to bite into them.   But, my fish was YUMMY! accidentally shaped it into a FISH!

We waited over 30 minutes with no one coming to our table or calling us up. Finally we went to ask about our food and then and only then did they tell us they had no fish, so they didn't do any of our order. Unbelievable that they couldn't be bothered to make us aware of this and just left us sitting there for over 30 minutes waiting. They were the most chaotic disorganized dirty establishment I have tried to eat at. Tables were not cleaned, the packets for sauces were empty and even after bringing those to their attention they did not fill them or wipe the tables for another 25 minutes. I will never go here again.

They made most of our order and then realized they needed more chicken to complete it. So we waited awhile but it was fresh and tasty.Food: 4/5

The girl at the counter was nice. The food on the other hand was not.  I got a combo fish and chicken platter with fries.  The fries were a huge pile of soggy grease soaked fries that were not even hot. I've been to a couple diffrent LJS and they seem to have all went down hill.  I think I'm done with it.
