The Long Point Region Conservation Authority (LPRCA) is one of 36 Conservation Authorities in Ontario. We are a community-based environmental agency dedicated to protecting, restoring and managing the natural resources within the Long Point Region watershed.

We deliver programs in:
-flood forecasting & warning
-erosion control
-improving water quality
-outdoor recreation and education
-forest management and tree planting
-watershed planning

LPRCA operates 5 conservation areas providing opportunities for camping, canoeing, fishing, swimming, picnicking and special events. Step into nature and plan a visit to Backus Heritage, Deer Creek, Haldimand, Norfolk or Waterford North Conservation Areas.
