I've been going there for years b/c the food is good. I'm picky and demand some above average to excellent quality. Lots of chinese take out restaurants food smell like pet food and taste is sub-quality. Lately I'm disappointed with this place because twice in a row I've ordered pork fried rice and there was barely any pork! When I ordered recently over the phone I told the new lady and she said she would tell the kitchen. When I arrived I saw that my bill was $10 higher than usual. The new lady took the liberty to upgrade my order to all large quantities at my expense. I asked her why and she said that if the customer doesn't say small then she orders larger. When I said I didn't ask for large they took the food back and unloaded it into small containers. She continued to argue with me. I may not go there again. Hopefully at the time they didn't do anything "special" to my food. I gave 3 stars only because it USED to be good. Too bad, I liked that place, when the quality was better.

We live in town and had gone to FL for several months.  We were looking forward to some good Chinese food from Longs.  What a disappointment.

First thing I noticed when I went in way all the changes that have been made.  Use to know all the people that worked there but I didn't recognize a soul.

Food was lousy.  No flavor at all to any of the items we bought. 

I suspect they might have changed hands as the food was prepared differently and the help was all new, at least to me.

Hopefully they will get there act together before there in trouble.

Good Chinese at reasonable prices. Their build your own combo is a great deal, you can get all the things you like without breaking the bank.
