BUYER BEWARE !! Don't waste your time or money here or you will sadly end up disappointed ! They are very RUDE and quite IGNORANT. They try to rip people off and hide delivery fees until later . Don't expect to get your furniture delivered soon or even at all. Then don't expect to get a refund. They like to hold your money hostage until you take them to court for it and avoid you like the plague. Also if you do receive something you should be prepared for it to arrive broken and disassembled in a million pieces. Your paying that hefty price tag to self assemble your furniture. CHEAPLY made products. Definitely NOT Worth The Money ! Save yourself the headache and purchase elsewhere.

Longs furniture is as good as it gets. I went in there for the basics and I left with a bedroom set that has all of the bells and whistles. Were talking leather padded headboard with studs and mirrors and Ian ports in the night stands. And its just a fantastic place with excelent service.

please do not waist your time nor money. I bought two bedroom sets for me and my daughter back in march and here it is may and I still haven't receive my money back nor me and my daughter bedroom set. the only thing they had to offer my is free delivery. we I purchased the bedroom set I was told it will take two weeks and not two months. this place is a scam and I'm taking them to courttttt. please don't waist your time nor your money going there

I purchased a dining room table with 4 chairs... I paid a total of $749.00 for the set. The delivery date was set back twice because I was told that the table was "cracked".... now this "crack" happened twice! The store wanted me to get another table that they said was $200.00 more, but I did not want that table!!! I do not believe that the table was "cracked" twice!! I handled that huge table by myself, and I did not scratch, break, drop or crack the table AT ALL!! Now I paid $75.00 for delivery and the men bought in 3 huge boxes and told me to"have a good evening, ma'am"... I am left confused.... I thought the men put the furniture together but NO... YOU have to put the furniture together YOURSELF😣😣No one at the store told me that I had to put the dining room table and chairs together myself! I am not a carpenter and I could have went to IKEA if I would have known all of this nonsense! I called the store to complain and she just said "Sorry about that"😬😬I AM DONE WITH LONG'S FOREVER!!! This purchase was my first and last from this furniture store!! The table and chairs is a beautiful set but the hassle isn't worth it! This business is too shady for me!!!

They charge you 95$ for delivery fee don't put the stuff together at all..give you a 5 hour window and tells you they will not call when they are on their way then they couldnt bring my couch in and said I should find someone else to bring it through the balcony...like who ? Or I should just settle for a love seat and a chair..??? They took the couch back but I don't get a refund and will have to pay delivery fees again for my new couch & they don't tell you about the 95 delivery fee until after you paid for everything.
