I'll never go again!  Our waiter took  20 minutes to bring just a glass of water which I order along with a beer at $4.99, then we ordered after about a 1/2 hour wait. I ordered chopped steak No MUSHROOMS,  I have allergies to alot of foods which salad is one, so I ask to sub soup for it and was told no there would be a charge of $2.00 for a cup which equalled maybe 5 tablespoons, then I can't eat your hard vegetables then only other thing was a potato which I didn't want because of having potato soup, so I decided to sub the potato for  Mac & Cheese, another charge of $4.99. I thought this was an over charge on my part. When the food finally came YES it had mushrooms on it! I started to pick them off and the waiter saw me, so he took it came to have them remove them another 10 minutes later he comes back with it still had mushrooms on it and now the meat is ice cold and so was the Mac & Cheese. Sorry I only left a 15 % tip which I really didn't want to but I can't seem to leave nothing but we will not be back again! By the way this was a Sunday night and no you were not busy either, I do understand it if you great all your guest that way!  Outback is way better than you.

Five of us went to dinner on Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Bradenton restaurant.  We were seated promptly and ordered our entrees soon afterward.  We received four of the five entrees, and one of which was a New York strip steak.  It was over cooked and tough.  The fifth entree finally came to our table after the rest of us were done eating.

Our waiter, Oscar A., never asked how our food tasted, never apologized for the delay in the fifth meal, and did not even offer any compensation for the delay. We had to ask several times for more bread, and his response was, I already brought you bread.  We ordered extra butter on our broccoli at the beginning order, and had to remind him of that many times, too.  Also, had to ask for steak knives.  

We patronize your establishment frequently and have normally had wonderful service and meals.  We were very disappointed in this experience.

The service and atmosphere was excellent, as usual. But the star was the incredible "Flat Iron" steak, 8 oz. of the best hunk of beef to be had anywhere. Think I'm loco? Come try it,  you'll be a believer. Thanks LongHorn!

The food is always good. They got our order wrong one time and it was a huge issue for them. We had to call and the employee did not want to give the manager the phone. We finally got to him and he was a nice guy, replaced our meal because it was all wrong. When we went to pick up the new order, the employee tried exchanging words with me telling me I was wrong and all this other non sense. Telling us we were lying for a free meal? We will never be back.
