If I could no stars I would. My husband and I had dinner there Saturday night - October 14. The female waitress we has was training another female waitress. We ordered two Premium Margaritas, not cheap, and when the girl from the bar delivered them, she dumped mine on the table and all over me. She didn't even offer to bring me a new one, nor did she help clean thing up. Half my margarita was spilled. I had to  ask for a new one, rather than the waitress recognizing the need to make things rights and my bad when it was brought back the girl poured it into my glass, clearly returning the same margarita that got spilled with not an ounce more in it - they cheated us. Then we were asked if we wanted more bread, well we never got our first bread. The food was average at best, and service was horrible. I left there will my jeans and top covered in sticky margarita and no offer was made to rectify things. They should have at least comp'd the margarita. Obviously they don't need or want our business and we will not be back.

Steak was cooked just as I ordered it and very tender. Baked potato was cooked perfect and fries was hot. Great experience here.

We went here for our 44th anniversary dinner today. There was a small issue right at the beginning but the waitress told the manager and he came to the table to apologize. He and the waitress were very kind and generous with a treat for us to amend the issue. We were not looking for any comp since it was such a small thing, but he insisted. We've been here many times and have always had great food and service.

Food great, employees are nice, but we called in and asked if there was a wait, they said no. We came in and waited for 30 minutes. When all of our food arrived my father didn't get his food. Which was confusing, so they told us after everyone's food was done that they had run out of the order my father ordered. So the manger came up and just apologised. He didn't even give a discount or anything. It is very disappointing because I love this place.

Food here is very good and service is excellent. Steaks have always spot on, though it's not the Palms in NYC. It is very good for a chain restaurant, however. Ribs and chicken entrees are all tasty and they seem to always get the salmon dishes right too. I would give it a high recommendation.
