If ur expecting a facility like the familar models (uhaul.planetstorage.publicStorage) u may be disappointed. Theyre closed Sundays, theres no access after hrs, &its not heat controlled. But ur also not paying nearly as much and its very convenient if ur near brookline village alot. The ppl that run it are very fair, kind and reasonable and because it's not corporate run u don't get the hard-ass rules & minutiae.  Depending on what ur storing this may not b the place for u but I highly recommend it 2 those with basic & esp long term storage needs.

I rented a space over the phone, but when  it turned out the hallway leading to my unit is too narrow to move furniture through (I think a lot of the space is like that), I cancelled, before I ever even moved anything in and a week after I signed the contract. Even though I cancelled on the first of the month and never even used the space, they insisted on charging me for the entire month, simply because they can. No one was willing to look at the dimensions of my items to help me figure out in advance what size storage space I needed, and no one called me when my movers arrived and were having trouble. All in all: lousy.
