The Garden House stands on the site of the former Look Park pool building, a nostalgic Northampton landmark built in 1930. The building was restored to its current Mission Style in 1999 and has since become the area’s premier banquet facility.
The interior speaks of simple elegance, featuring a large stone fireplace and mahogany paneled walls decorated with hand-crafted botanical stencils. The enclosed sunporch offers a lovely view of some of the park’s many attractions and is accented with tasteful wrought iron accessories, opalesque wall sconces, and awnings reminiscent of earlier days at the pool building.

The capacity of the Garden House allows for 175 people to be comfortably seated at our 5 foot round tables with chairs including space for our built in 15 X 18 dance floor. The Garden House is both carpeted and air-conditioned. Our built in mahogany bar and state of the art caterer’s kitchen significantly contribute to the many uses for this facility.
Our 40X60 white tent, up from May through mid October, creates a lovely setting for a Wedding Ceremony, Social Hour or additional seating for a larger event. The Tent is just steps away from the main room and is attached to the building with a beautiful canopy to assure cover in inclement weather.
