Empire State Burger was fantastic and the pub chips were fresh, warm and delicious! We also had the 9" artisanal pizza. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. The fresh breaded jalapeno cheese curds were also outstanding. Oh, and the beer selection is too notch.

Walked in and the pretentious atmosphere hit me like a brick. Stood at the bar for 5 minutes and couldn't get the bartenders attention because we didn't look like people that belonged there. Walked out without buying anything. This is a working class town not Manhattan come on

Three visits, three distinct bad experiences. First time, waited over an hour for burgers but waitress was lovely about it. Second time, bartender ignored us at the table. Went to the bar for drinks and food. Had to ask bartender for bill and beg another to take our money while getting stared at by the first bartender. Third time, nice waitress took our drink order. We asked about food, and apparently the kitchen shuts down between breakfast and lunch, so no food. Mediocre bloody mary at best. First bad review I've ever given.

The prime rib sandwich was the best I have had....anywhere!! and the Onion rings were heavenly. Great food, very friendly staff and the owner is a marvelous, determined young man. I recommend the Looking Glass to anyone wanting a wonderful, warm experience.

Matt the owner is a good man. He was one of the Navy Seals that was on the Bin Laden raid and was also a great friend of Dolph Lundgren who frequents the bar regularly.
