There is NO manager in this store after 5pm. They double charged, but didnt want to refund. The assistant blamed that they cant do anything without the manager. And she called and talked to the manager many times, but the manager refused to issue the refund without meeting her from 8am-5pm on Monday. When I have to leave the country on Sunday and my husband not gets out of work till 6pm. So We wanted to arrange the time with the manager on the phone, but she refused and said she works till 5pm only. The problem of their charge wrong is not our fault. But now they want us either lose $105.69 or off work to come to get money from their mistake. The workers explained the issue, but the manager on phone "ONLY 8am to 5pm, THAT'S IT" Again THEY "DOUBLE" CHARGED. Their fault! And BAD Manager!
