We had an appointment but we found someone else who was less expensive and worked better with our schedule so we canceled the appointment. I received an email invoice for $100. When I inquired about the invoice (assuming it was a ridiculous cancelation fee even though no cancelation policy had been explained) I was told it was for the consultation. What consultation? The "advice" Dennis had shared when he came to give an estimate apparently cost $100. I called to get more information and felt completely disrespected.

Loos Electric has done numerous electrical/wiring jobs and services for me.  Anywhere from complete wiring of newly constructed single family residences to smaller individualized and specific wiring jobs.  They have always performed great work, done right the first time, are competitively priced, and are very particular about taking great care of cleaning up after their work is competed.  This is a family run company and this family is made up some of the finest people you'll ever meet!  They have been in business for many years and I would highly recommend their services!
