I just recently had my cabin painted by Loose Painting.  They did an incredile job and I could not be more pleased.  We initially contacted him via e-mail and he went out to our cabin looked it over and emailed us a quote.  His quote was very detailed and professionally written.  Not all quotes received were.  After my husband spoke with both Jeff and another painter, we settled on Loose Painting.  He was pretty booked at the time so we had about 5 or 6 week wait.  When we came to the top of his list however the timing was not good for us and he was more than willing to reschedule us, moving the people scheduled after us to that week and us in their place.  They spent a little more than a week at our cabin.  They sanded down every surface in preparation of the new paint.  The cabin was primered, spray painted and then back rolled.  Since I had choosen to do a three color scheme, he made suggestions to paint application that he thought would bring out the best in the cabin.  The result was everything I was hoping for.  The cabin looks brand new.  It is so hard to find good contractors in Big Bear.  But, I can tell you this.  Whenever I need a painter in the future, Jeff Loose will be my first and only call.
