I have been waiting to work with Tom for a while, I have always seen him around town and his crew on different job sites and impressed with his work. After one of the latest storms we had with intense wind and rain our guest house ended up with water damage in the ceiling and walls. I was out of town on business and it needed to be done by I knew I could trust. So I gave Tom a call, he came out and got us a quote and started the work while I was out of town. From the roof repairs, to the gutters cleaned out, to gutter brushes put in, to the ceiling sheetrock repaired to the whole room top to bottom painted it was done in such a timely manner. His crew was fantastic, having his crew there around my family while I was out of town was a relief as safety is always one of the concerns when I travel. His crew did an incredible job, and left the cottage in fantastic condition, left no mess at all and the place looks better than ever. Jeff Gellman

Lopco did a thorough painting of our house 2 years ago and attended to many small details.  It still looks great. We recently had a piece of wood
siding fall off in a windstorm.  They made tracks to repair it before the rains hit with good spirit and professionalism which was much appreciated despite the busyness of these days catching up with rain delays. I appreciate their community spirit and close attention they bring to their work!

Fantastic work by LOPCO!  They were responsive and worked with us on options to tackle our project-including budget friendly solutions.  The team on site was quick, hard working and cleaned up everything before heading out. Great experience!

Tom and his crew consistently demonstrate excellent communication, are neat and tidy, and do high-quality paint contracting. Tom's team fixed our water-damaged ceiling quickly and professionally. You can't tell there was ever any damage. It looks brand new. Thank you so much!
