I used Loper's Floral to send two bouquets on Mother's Day, one each to my mother and grandmother who both live in the same apartment complex in downtown Lebanon. I completed the transaction online and was called by Loper's Floral the next day demanding another $15 per bouquet to deliver the order. Two months later at a family gathering I learned that the flowers were wilted on arrival and that the variety of flowers in the bouquet was mostly common tulips even though I had paid for a pricier Mother's Day bouquet.

I ordered a baskets of violets with lavender ribbon and butterfly.  Both the violets and the color had meaning and what was sent was an ordinary house plant with peach ribbon and butterfly.  My message was left Donna and ____________ Last Name, totally leaving out the name of my son.  The name could have easily been fixed with a call and at least I would have had a clue of such dramatic changes.  I would NEVER use this florist again.  Horribly disappointed and frustrated that a gesture with meaning became not only confusing but BASIC, without meaning.
