I understand that there are guidelines and rules that are put in place for the employees to assist the families.  The first appointment I had there for my son,  he was 10 months old and his father lied about his income.  I about blew a gasket!! I do NOT behave like that in public nor do I get loud or treat another human being with disrespect BUT.. he was never questioned, just believed?!? Then,  again,  while he worked as a Building Inspector for the city of Sheffield-Sheffield Lake,  for 2 years,  he made  $60,000 and continued to pay  his  $114  a month! 
A couple of times,  he had to mail in the payment.  Twice last year,  2 separate months,  I received nothing.  He told me that since he started working again and it was coming right out of his bi-weekly paycheck,  that the 2 payments he mailed in, within 2 days of each other,  had been deposited into an escrow type of account?!? 
What makes NO sense is the fact that both of those payments he owed for 2 previous months.  I don't understand why it would be set in some account elsewhere when I should have already received it.

Please tell me how a fax machine is busy 24 7, this place hasn't changed since the 90's.
