This is great place to place for little kiddos. My 2.5 year old loved the indoor play area and dinosaurs. She also enjoyed the walk outside to see the raptors. They have a bald eagle, perigran falcon, and owls. They have a nice trail to walk outside through the woods and it connects to the house trails and the duck pond down the street. Halloween and Christmas they have fun displays and activities for kids. Many other activities throughout the year here too. One of my favorite places.

Have gone to several metro parks and loved them all. Each one has its own strengths.

Great for walks, and halloween/Christmas lights. Train is always fun, and is wheelchair accessible! Volunteers are all so nice.

Fantastic park! Miles of trails (blacktop, gravel, and dirt), birds of prey (eagle, owls, falcons, worlds largest eagles nest, ect...)mini-zoo, indoor educational play area for kids, indoor bird watching area, attractive meeting areas, big fireplace, maple syrup cabin, and much more.
