I went in to sell a Prada bag. They initially told me they wouldn’t take it because it needed to be cleaned. They ended up taking the bag to get a quote on it. They told me they would call on Tuesday and didn’t which was fine. I called on Wednesday to see if they had a quote. The person who answered the phone said she had to get the manager. While she set the phone down I COULD HEAR THEM TALKING ABOUT ME. Really?!? Then the manager gets on the phone and asks how I got the purse. I told her I got it as a gift from my ex mother in law to which she replied “I know this is a weird question but would your mother in law really give you a 2000 dollar bag?” Excuse me??? I can’t believe how rude they treated me!!!

The store is located off of 725; parking is located in the rear of the store and is limited, but most times there is a space available. The store is set up beautifully; lots to see and many options. There are two floors (ground floor and an upstairs). They have clothing, purses, shoes and jewelry. They also often have special event dresses (prom/homecoming), but get there well before your event for the best selection. The associates here are nice, but not outgoing...and I wouldn't say warm and friendly, but they will help you if you ask.

Very unique place to buy home decor very upscale a great place to buy that unforgettable gift they make great arrangements for the wall or table top. Very knowledgeable and friendly

Loralei's is a small town, locally owned SCORE! First of all, the staff are wonderful...its an experience every time I go there. I love that I can get high end jeans, designer bags, and awesome shoes for such a steal. Lots of the stuff I buy there still has original tickets on it! Their jewelry is the best, I always find a high impact piece to add some oomph to any outfit, and don't end up paying a fortune for it. I love to attend their Third Friday events in Centerville, all the local shops have fun sales and events, and who doesn't like to drink free wine while shopping for high end, low price designer clothes?! This is a must-go-to, you wont be disappointed! Don't forget to take your gently used stuff to sell so that you can get all these deals with the money you make in consigning your own stuff!
