Have been a State Farm customer for years and had to transfer to an office closer to home. Did my research, came across her 5 star reviews and I have to say, doing business with this office is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The knowledge, follow up and of course, customer service of this office is outstanding. If I could give more stars, I would.

Lori and her staff are awesome.  I’ve been a client from way back with her dad. Never an issue and always there to help and also contacts me periodically to go over policies and suggest ways to save money.  They helped me today with roadside assistance.  Called a tow truck and got me on my way.  They are the best!!!!!

Professional and caring.  All agents at the office really take a concern in your well-being in all facets of the services they offer.  You don't feel like a client, you feel like a long time friend.  
The agents are extremely knowledgeable and will take care of issues if they arise.  With this office, you really have someone looking out for you even if you don't realize you do.
