The animals were the highlight of the store. They are very well taken care of and beautiful. The staff is also knowledgeable about all of the pets they sell. I did feel that the owner was rather rude however, and this ruined my trip as I was there to spend some time with the birds. I was not allowed much time, and was forbidden handle any of them, even the small sulfur-crested or ring-necks. I felt rushed, unwelcome, and written off as a potential owner due to my age. This being said, the place was very clean and the animals were very well cared for. I will have to find another place to become more familiar with the birds I myself will be caring for one day because of this.

Two nights in a row my girlfriend and I tried to go here to buy fish. Both nights they were closed before posted operational hours. The first night a man on the phone said they'd stay open, but the following night, a girl told us they were closed, nearly two hours early, to "not waste energy" because they were slow.
