They're wonderful here! I don't ship my packages anywhere else. Been going here for years and have NEVER had a problem.

Terrible! I arranged shipping with them via Fedex. They did not just fail to put insurance on my purchase of value over $500, but also improperly packaged it and it arrived in pieces, damaged. After discovering the damage on my item I called Lori's to help with fedex claim and oh how willing they were to help! they filled out a claim with Fedex, received my minumum reimbursement check from them  and never answered or returned my calls again. 
I had to call fedex to find everything out. It has been over two week now they had my money. These people are scammers, do not trust them with your shipping needs!
