Kimberly from Lori V realty has been so amazing to work with! She bends over backwards for her clients and really goes above and beyond to help you find the right home. I cannot say enough about the amazing service we have received so far, even though we have been the buyers from hell, with last minute requests for viewings, dozens of viewings, changing our minds all the time, before we finally found our home and were sure of it. Kimberly helped us find our dream home, and really listens to what you want in a home, rather than being pushy in any way. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone or use her in the future. We are still in the process of closing so if there is anything to add when all is said and done, I will post here again. Thanks so much Kimberly!!

We had a great experience with this team! Kimberly was quick, responsive and extremely understanding of our needs. She is professional, genuine and very easy to get along with. She helped find us the perfect home in a short period of time which we could not be more grateful for. I could not recommend her enough!!

Kim was extremely helpful with helping us find our new home. As many homeowners may be, we were quite indecisive with many things. She was patient the entire time, suggested ways to resolve any issues we ran into, and gave us solid recommendations for how to go about putting in an offer, bidding and area value. It was like having a tour guide for house shopping! She is very knowledgeable on home build quality, things to look out for... They were also honest with their regional expertise; We were considering some areas outside of their wheelhouse and they advised accordingly and referred us to agents that were the experts. 

Many other reviewers have also correctly said that they are more than available for you when you need something urgently. 

We've learned a tonne from Kim and Lori. Thank you for being incredibly dependable and unbiased sales agents!

I was looking to move to Burlington from another city.  I began my search online by finding a Real Estate agent that could first, show me around the city and secondly, help me to find what I was looking for.  Choosing and working with Lori VanDinther and Kimberly was one of the luckiest finds and best decisions I made!  Both these ladies are extremely professional, knowledgeable and very patient with the many questions and requests I had.  I know for sure, that one of the main reasons I was able to purchase my dream home in Burlington was because of Kimberly's hard work searching the city for over a year and Lori's savvy negotiating skills. These two agents are a great team!  Forever grateful!

The Ideal Realtor.
Lori and Kimberly recently helped us sell our house in Burlington. If I were to write a list of requirements for a realtor that would  excel in every way I would describe Lori and Kimberly. I would also recommend them very enthusiastically to anyone looking for a first class realtor.
As expected, they first produced a comprehensive market analysis which enabled us to price the house realistically. Together we "staged" or prepared the house for sale. We were given excellent advice on what to do resulting in showing the house in its best light. 
They communicated with us all through the selling process, keeping us up to date with every development. They also went beyond their remit to help us prepare for the sale. 
The result was a flood of potential buyers and a very quick sale (one day.)
They were realistic and reasonable in helping us negotiate a fair price and we believe both the buyers and the sellers were pleased with the outcome.
