The worst cleaners. They put stains in my silk shirt and claimed it was there. They never marked any stains down when short was checked in though. Then they took dye out of shirt trying to correct it. The end result is a $110 shirt that is totally ruined. Owner Liz is never in and when reached on phone was rude and hung up on me. Not a way to stay in business at all.

Unreasonable people. Had dropped off one curtain panel to be cleaned. The next day, brought a second panel to a different drycleaner, in the next shopping center over. The second dry cleaner charged me $12 and would have it for me within three days. Lorraine cleaners told me it would take more than a week and charged $36.10 for ONE standard length curtain to be dry cleaned. When I showed the receipt and tried to discuss the difference in price and if the $36 could be adjusted, the woman behind the counter, the manager, RIPPED the curtain from my hands. I tried to pay her $12 Based on the receipt from the other drycleaner ( by the way, my receipt from Lorraine cleaners said zero money due) but she called the police and complained that I was stealing services. The people in the store can't do anything without the owners approval and the owner is never available. I do not recommend this dry cleaner. Right down the road, on Hallandale Beach Boulevard, in the Padrino's restaurant shopping strap is the Hallandale cleaner (just before the bridge). The owner of Hallandale cleaners is very accommodating, clean the clothes much better, and have shorter time span to wait for your clothes to be returned to you. If I could give Lorraine cleaners zero stars, I would.

Insanely overpriced and rude! I will never go back there again! They could be doing great business, great area, they chose to give terrible service and talk to you like they are doing you a favor!

Awesome service! I went in with a rushed alteration and dry clean they went above and beyond to squeeze me in and accommodate my needs 10 star service!
