Our office got lunch today from Los Agavez and everyone agreed they were amazing. The birria tacos with the cup of sauce to dip them in was truly fantastic. Highly recommend dropping by and checking them out for a quick bite. Update -- Stopped by for national taco day and it certainly didn't disappoint. Birria tacos for the whole family to enjoy
If I could give them more I would. A really authentic Mexican food truck. It is really crowded but so much worth the wait, the staff is friendly and patient the cashier is so so so kind and everything is prepared with care. We obviously were on the look for the best birria tacos ...look no further !!!!! The Pastor tacos are the bomb The asada was very good. But the star of the show is the birria and consome... The consome is the real one with the meat flavor and juices, even some meat on it, the tacos were crispy, delicious, absolutely out of this world . My new favorite place.
I got some of each of the tacos and the huarache with carne asada. The pastor was by far the best. The chicken was okay but very plain. Birria was pretty good but $$. Chorizo and carne asada were honestly bad. Dry and grizzly meat. The wait time was 30 minutes which like I get they were busy but also instead of my huarache of carne asada they made it with pastor. So overall okay. It’s over hyped. If I go again I will only get the pastor.
Goodness gracious, simply muy delicioso! I order barria, vegetable burrito and another dish i forgot the name of but soooo goood. Food wait time is about 10-15mins. They're very busy so may not answer calls at times and very organized for a food truck. Awesome staff and nice. Definitely have to check out if you're in Columbus!!! Been twice already and will go again. All my latino homies reccomend it!! Authentic!
Los Agavez food was very delicious and fresh. We purchased the chicken and steak tacos as well as the barria tacos. I definitely would recommend going here.
Delicious food! First time trying Birria tacos and they were delicious. Customer service was excellent the women that took my order was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back soon.
I went to taco fest last year and it was my first time trying birria and I’ve been looking for the same ones I had for over 6 months!!! Los Agavez is the one !!! Locally owned, very welcoming and amazing price for the quality! Even give you a buzzer so you know when your foods ready so you don’t have to wait outside
The BEST birria tacos in Columbus. Also, the customer service is top notch, really so friendly, so welcoming and just great service in a world where so much of that is missing. Thanks for always providing outstanding and flavorful food along with a smile! We gladly drive 35+ minutes for their tacos!
Literally the best mexican food I've ever had in my life. I've traveled all around this country and a few parts of Mexico. No where have I found a taco that even remotely competes. The birria is insanely good. The choripollo is one of my favorite meals of all time. I left Columbus, but really miss the food here. Also, the owners are super nice. Couldn't support better people. Columbus is lucky to have Los Agavez.
Went to TRADER JOES to get the frozen Birria Taco trend everyone has seen on social media…. SOLD OUT!! Thank goodness it was because in a pinch I found this place. BEST BIRRIA TACOS IN COLUMBUS!!! Super friendly, very helpful staff who even asked if I wanted the consommé with them… GRACIAS!!!! Do NOT go to Trader Joe’s to pick up frozen Birria tacos when in Columbus… just go to this place and ENJOY!!!!!!!
