I was never properly served is the number one issue. Number two issue. Trying to contact them is a joke.  Either, wait on hold forever or they tell you to callback.  Number three issue.  My career involves driving. They put a suspension against my license, preventing me from even paying them. How is that going to benefit them or myself.  If they had checked their information.  They would have seen I was in the hospital for a extended period of time.  Their system is flawed indefinitely.

Beware of this agency. Despite having no ties to CA at all, they tried to make me a party to a case I nothing to do with. My name did not even match the alleged father and somehow got my last four number os ss and tried to pin on me. They wanted all my personal information to be sent to them when it was clear the alleged father had a different initial than me! That alone should have been enough!!

The css agency is a fraudulent system, they are crooks and only looking in the best interest of the government. If you think they are here to help you think again, I was a victim of this shady agency, Luckily I was able to clear my name. Stay away from the system, it doesn't work, reconcile with your ex and work something outside of css.

Bunch of rip offs even after I'm off child support they still mess with my drivers license and take money out of my check bastards

They don't help at all. Went twice to deal with child support and I'm not receiving any help. Will be calling legal aid.
