No parking!!! So ridiculous to have a public service building with no parking. If I can't afford food, what makes you think I can afford parking? So ridiculous. The security isn't of any use either. They should know where someone could park for free or point someone in a right direction instead of catching an attitude.

Clean place about 2hr wait or 3hr wait but intro hispanic lady with glasses who helps get your info treated me so wrong like i was stupid, told me that she was not my worker she was just a person whoget the info.she didnt greet me and was just looking at her computer too comfty in her seat she just gave me a paper to fill and was inputting my info wrong,she was hassleing me over my address which i told her to send to po box. Because i move alot. She told me maybe i dont understand her, maybe she should tell me in spanish when we were just speaking english , me better than her. Continuesly saying that i needed a translator in spanish in the end gave me a smirk smile. The supervisor hispanic dude with glasses fixed the problem but she lied to him speaking in english saying that i was acting up and so many things that i didnt even say and once she hit the translator part that i need a spanish speaker because i dont speak english i said i know what your saying and yes i went to college. Supervisor said sorry about that she is just a rep not your worker. As soon as he left she just tells me i hope you have a wonderful day gestures with her hand tells me its that way and smirk smiles. This got me pissed. Im hispanic and this is wrong.

Worst dpss in the county, there system is set up to keep you down . It is pointless to set up a appointment I set one up at 3:00pm I arrive at 2:30 only to find out my case worker is not even in the office that day. And to make matters worst you will be treated differently by the worker if you request to speak with a supervisor I was looked Down by a older Hispanic male with glasses ... he mocked me and told me "what do you mean management " "we have supervisors only" were his responses toward me in a mocking form which I took as offensive , poor work ethics people

Dirty, irresponsible. There's no point in making an appointment 2 weeks before if they still take forever to help you. There were roaches crawling where the "kid's" area is.
