Tried booking a flight with Claude for my father. Sent numerous repetitive emails asking him basic questions, from what times were available to book to asking whether they could take my father who is a senior. Super slow replies and never got the answers. Finally gave up as it was just too frustrating dealing with Claude. Strange way to treat your paying customers. My advice: Save your money and book with someone else.

I usually will not write a bad review unless I have a completely horrid experience. Unfortunately dealing with the owner Claude was one of them. I only gave him one star because there was not the possibility to give him a 0. My girlfriend scheduled a para gliding trip with this company for my birthday in which Claude completely failed to show up! Afterwards he lied and said he was waiting for us down the street and would not refund my girlfriends money. This guy has no Integrity avoid him and his company like the plague! So I guess if my loss can prevent someone else from experiencing this type of misfortune then maybe the experience with them is not a total loss.
