We have visited this location 3 times, only because we have family who live in EC, and each time we have had terrible service. This last time was Sat. night. We were part of a 11 person party. The server must not have been trained on how to handle large tables. He never was able to make it to our end of the table to refill drinks because he would only do one at a time, so one end kept him busy all night. He had one other guy helping but he never made it to us either. The food was decent. The drinks are too high priced. I would not recommend this location. If you must visit, I would advise you to not have a party with more than 4 people.

Food was overcooked yet it arrived cold,  made my server aware I wasn't pleased and he gave a poor attempt at an apology but offered no remedy.. I have been many times before a few visits with a couple of issues tht were addressed but it seems as if each time since its disregarded even further so we won't be going again

You know it's Friday night you want a good watermelon margarita Frozen there is no watermelon they're out of watermelon then you ask for a strawberry daiquiri well they're out of strawberries well how are you going to sell drinks and want to bring customers in that want a good drink after a long week you know and they're out of our everything that's not good service that's called poor service and you wanting to make sure that you want customers to come into your restaurant well then you got to provide what you have on the menu if you're out of it okay but how could you be out of strawberries and watermelon it's watermelon season I don't understand then you have waitresses that don't understand English at all so you know that's that's not good I am very disappointed in the El Campo Los Cucos Mexican restaurant they need to improve on their customer service courtesy and service and provide these services that they they advertise on their menus
