First visit to this family owned taqueria hidden away on old Oakland Rd. Great complimentary chips and salsa to start. I had the beef quesadilla while friends had chicken fajitas and adobe. I especially loved the tortillas which tasted so much better than the chain store ones. Service was a bit slow but not too bad.Food: 5/5

First time came here, the food was tasty and the staff were so nice and friendly. Love the vibes,  Highly recommended it. Chips and salsa were truly tasty. Qusadilla was Food: 5/5

The food is cooked to order, so plan accordingly.  They lack structure to how they process they're order which make the wait for something quick longer than most places. The servers are kind, its possible it the owner but they don't treat you like a guest it seems your a burden more than anything. This was the second time I came because of the quality of the food.  Parking is not available all the time. Price is good. But im in the market for a great experience.  I would come in again but if the lack of service is this consistent even the quality of food wouldn't be worthwhile.

I been here many times with my family to eat out for dinner never had a problem.  The service is usually good. Even used the restroom on occasion when I drove for Uber.  They never hassled me about using the restroom before. I think there used to be a lock or key, I dont remember. I came in, and the restroom seemed to be locked, so I asked the server. She just said it was around the corner. Nothing about a key.  I tried it again. Assumed someone was in there. Then, some idiot from the bar said for customers only. It looked like it was either the bartender or cook sitting at the bar on break having a drink. Theres no signs that say restrooms for customers. And used it before without paying anything.  Horrible to customers. If wasn't for that idiot and I would have a good review

Small mom and pop place but the food was excellent! Rice and beans were super fresh and great tasting. Also the salsas were delicious. I will be back!  Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available

Looking for a REAL Mexican taqueria, without the fake fancy-schmancy design and atmosphere? This is the palace for you. A very simple, yet amazing, Mexican taqueria offering great Mexican food and snacks next to great margaritas and and beers. The customers were families, truck drivers, couples and people staying in the motel - all of them enjoying smiling waitresses and very good and quite fast tbh service. Very cool, worth giving it a shot.

I am sad to report the food and service were was not good.  The food did not taste good. The rice was old and stale. I ordered a chile Relleno with rice and beans and a side totaling $22.00. Initially, the waitress asked me what kind of tortillas I wanted. She never brought the tortillas. I tried to get her attention, and it looked like the bartender/owner told me if I wished to tortillas, I had to order them separately, and he was insulting. I had asked him nicely. There was only one waitress in the whole place, and she only came by once.  I was not impressed. I always give restaurants a second chance maybe they just had an off day

Okay this place is known for their homemade tortillas so make sure and order something that comes with tortillas. Food was fantastic but the place fills up quick. Service can be slow but it's worth the wait!

Try the Cadillac Margarita, one drink and done. I had the camarones a la Diabla and they were great. Chips, and three dips served. Great service! I sat at the bar.
