If you have a custody case and are dealing with a non custodial parent who doesn't visit his/her child don't expect them to try anything that has to do with adjusting visitation. They will instead try and persuade you to collect unpaid child support even when you don't want to. Don't waste your time here these people don't care about your case they just want to do whatever is easy for them.

Really bad, All they want is money and I'm more than half way done paying them their fees and a young guy named Miguel, which you can tell he's a newbie messed up my case explained everything wrong and gave me whole application questioner wrong and now my application can't leave till another 8weeks-9weeks which is for adjustment of status and I'm more than half way done paying them. Really bad employee. This is serious stuff and cases not something to play around with. When I signed papers with them he wrote my last name wrong and I told him and he said doesn't really matter which is really un professional. They should train their employees right and make sure they know how to do their job

Called several to discuss a matter with my attorney left voice mails and spoke with random people left messages and did not get a call back until 3 weeks later, tried to request an appointment with lady named "Nadia" she said she would call back and did not until today (7 days before court). It is insane because I was never able to speak with the attorney only paralegals, they would ask me to bring documents they easily have access to these people are giving me a hard time when they are the ones hired to do the work, very poor customer service. They do not keep me updated because they never "received by messages" its a shame because I paid in advance and did not receive proper attention. I would give them negative stars if it was possible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I hope at least my situation gets resolved in court other wise there will be a complaint with the General Attorney.

It want well even tho they was not able to help me But they find other place that would help me But I give thanks for the help too It want great ND nice talking to them about my issue. I will give them a count of 8 for the help
