Surprised how busy it was at 7:30 on a Thursday. Lucky to grab the last open table. Vibrant atmosphere. The booths looked large and well-crafted (no boring pizza joint things). The service was very quick and attentive. Got the sense that they have it dialed in (remember it was very busy). The food was solid. Tasty,  well made, but nothing amazing. I will be back.

A good sign for ethnic food is how many people of that ethnicity are eating there. This restaurant passes this test. Good food at a great value. 3 beef enchiladas for less than $6 at dinnertime. 20 min wait at 8pm on Friday with about 20 people waiting outside. That alone made me want to see what people were willing to wait for. Food vame fast and excellent service. I am not saying food was great, but good. Hence the 4 stars vs 5.

Dinner at 7:15, but super quick to be seated and even faster service! Two kids, one spoiled a drink day to clean up and good was out faster than appetite. Great prices.

Used to a place where we used to live, but this wouldn't be considered settling in any way. Definitely recommend.

Looked almost hidden from the road but I gave it a try. I was not disappointed. Food was great as was the service and price. I'll be back.

Average Mexican food + cheap + good service= Los Rios.  Oh yeah, and this is more authentic than most places, probably in the top 3 in town.  Chili Colorado is the best around, and the fajitas are also a popular item.  They also leave a tub of salsa on the table, so if you're like a normal person and can't get enough salsa, this is the place for you.  The décor/atmosphere isn't the best, so if you want to feel fancy this isn't the place for you, otherwise give it a try.
