The new addition in the back of the park is nice.  Extra large paved sites that are very clean.  The owners take great pride in this place and are friendly and helpful!  You can hear a bit of noise from I-10 but it isn't disruptive.  There are 2 fenced in dog parks, access to the river, on-site laundry, and a small crab/crawfish shack on-site!  The tenants are all really nice and it doesn't get rowdy at night or on the weekends.  We really like it here and intend to stay for a few months.

In my opinion, this is an awesome park, not like most...it's very quite and well kept. The staff are friendly. Reasonable prices. I would recommend to anyone!!!

If your looking for a RV park with cheap rates. Its a good place to go.  Lots of noise from I 10 .
