A lot of parking available. Well lit. Security doing rounds while we were there. 
The sign said one price but the machine was a little more. Think we paid 14 for the day.

Very easy management via the app and very affordable - less than $13 for an entire day in downtown Vancouver. Hard to beat.

Expect a lot :)...It's clean, well lit and in the 3-4 times I have used it there have been plenty of spaces to choose from.  If you can get the app setup on your phone it is a better way to pay as the machines are somewhat temperamental at times and it can be slow if there are others paying ahead of you.
