Booked a parking spot online and made payment toward colonial parking, but when I showed cashier my reservation confirmation, he simply claims such payment is invalid and insists on us to pay extra parking fee for the 2nd time. Probably the cashier could deduct a percentage from what he collects. Feeling the overall management of this company is totally in a mess.

Don't understand what's wrong with this colonial parking, having so many parking lot cluttered in one structure, but all isolated with each other and given separate management. This causes a lot of confusion when you try to locate your car.
