Lott, who joined his father in the business in 1974 and became the President and CEO in 1978. In 2007, Lott's grew to a third generation when Laura Lott Harris, granddaughter of Lott's founder and daughter of the current CEO, entered the family business to open and manage Lott's beautiful Amelia Island showroom, located in Historic Fernandina Beach, FL.
