Love this place. Very clean and they do a great job. Mai and Emily do my mani and pedi. Feel pampered and relaxed when I leave there. Highly recommended.

I went today around 6 first of all I told the woman I have a sensitive skin do not pull the skin around the nails so hard, the end of the day I left with a bleeding nail and un equal shapes 
I don't recommend this place

I was recommended to this place 3 years ago and ever since then I have not stop coming back for my pedicure. They are very clean and gentle. Also have a large selection of colors it's always hard to decide. I recommend this place to everyone because I have not had a bad experience .

I went to this nail salon for a full acrylic set with gel on Saturday before last (10/22/16) by Monday the nails were lifting and the nails were dull looking. I came down with a cold so I contacted the shop on Wednesday at which time we decided I would come in on the next day - Thursday. By the time I got there the next morning one nail had come completely off. The Mgr Tiffany examined my nails called over the girl that did them (Lisa) to examine them and another stylist in the salon while they spoke in Tagala -the one who applied the nails said that I did not get the gel but just clear polish - I disputed that and after more interrogation and suspicion and them talking to each other in their language,  Tiffany said they would only replace the one nail and clean up the others and after a week I would be ready to come back for a Fill (NOT going to happen) - she replaced the one nail and glued around the other nails, and applied the gel - since then they are all lifting one by one and two more have come completely off.   She even had the nerve to tell me that their policy is to only replace up to 3 days after. She could clearly see how every nail was lifting. I will never go back to this shop again. Very poor quality. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money or time at Lotus Nail Spa.
