I'm so frustrated. I just came back from getting, or rather what I was supposed to have gotten, a gel pedicure. The man who owns the place has always been very good, but another gentleman did my pedicure and it was AWFUL. I'm actually typing this still stewing in my frustration, which takes a lot for me to be this angry. I had gel polish already on, and he sat doing nothing for about 15 min with the foils on. Once he actually took the foils off, after being prompted by the woman there to do it, it took an additional 30 min to even get done filing. As I was watching him, he barely touched any of the tools to the nail and hacked up the cutting portion. After 45 min, with nothing done, I got up and left. I offered to pay the $28, which truthfully I shouldn't have had to pay a dime, but it's not in me to walk out of a place without paying. The woman apologized, which I appreciate, but it doesn't make up for that experience. AND to top it off, when I got home and looked closer, he left half the polish on all torn up, and he was actually going to paint on that!!!! I am absolutely appalled and beside myself. I'm sorry to the owner, because he's very good, but I will never in my life go back there again. EVER.

Lotus is the only place that I will go and get my acrylics done.  Anna does a great job!
