This place is a disaster, a fraud. My daughter and her friend 7-year-olds enrolled for a 1 week of summer camp, and they cancel in the middle of the week without any warnings or provide information ahead of that the camp was canceled. They let us know when we dropped the girls in the morning, how crazy is that, so we had to figure out in the middle of the day and middle of the week how to accommodate your child. When you try to talk to coaches they don't take any responsibility for the summer camp kids, and we tried to reach to someone who can explain or answer all the questions, nobody was around, and the owner does not care. Even a day before cancellation, they let a 13-year-old girl taking care of the summer camp kids, that is so illegal, I am surprised how they are still in the business. You need to think twice before you decide to leave the kids in hands of such irresponsible people. Good Luck!

The scheduling, organization, and communication at Loudoun Gymnastics are terrible. My two daughters started recreational classes there in December 2016, and we left in March 2017 after repeated class cancellations. Twice we showed up and the entire place was closed, and many times we were told there was no coach to teach the scheduled classes. When we scheduled make up classes, the same thing happened...no instructor available. This occurred roughly 30% of the time, and it was just too frustrating to continue driving out to the gym. In April after we left, I discovered two unauthorized credit card charges on my statement that had been made by Loudoun Gymnastics in March. One represented a duplicate charge for March classes, and I have no idea what the second was for as the amount didn't match anything we had ever paid. In total the amount was almost $500. As of mid May, I have yet to receive a refund despite repeated requests. The people are nice but can't explain why they won't give the money back. The scheduling and communication are terrible, but the money issue makes Loudoun Gymnastics an "avoid at all costs" establishment in my mind.

The original owner kicked out the new great owner. She continues to kick good people out. The gym equipment at this location needs to be replaced but the owner refuses. Everything needs updating and that is what we thought the new owners were going to do. The owner now will tell you everything that you want to hear but she will never make a positive change for this gym. Please, please, please do not bring your child to this location. If it wasn't for Coach Allah we would have left a long time ago.

We gave them every chance, but they failed. The owner has never appeared at the gym. Multiple classes cancelled with no notice, and then even the make-up classes cancelled on the same day or with no notice.
