Place has steadily gone down hill the past year or so. I used to come here all the time because it is right beside where I work, but now none of us go here. I don’t usually do reviews but the place just gets worse. Went in the other day and the door was so dirty that you could see it from the back of the parking lot (I take lunch at 11 so this is before lunch rush), prices are unreasonable, and the customer service is worse too. Salt and pepper shakers were sticky and dirty and employees just stand around doing nothing each time I’m in there. I used to love this place but I won’t be back anymore

The food wasn't bad. The chicken fingers were good. The Louie's plate comes with five chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, slaw and toast. It is $9.49. I didn't realize that it didn't come with a drink which was $2.19 extra. Two plates and drinks came to $25.46 and we waited 21 minutes from ordering to get our food and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Zaxbys is a better deal.

Decent wings. The bathroom was atrocious though. Smells like they store the mop in urine at night. Nasty!

If I could give a zero, I would!!. This place is extremely slow. I called in my order at 3:48 Was told my food would take about 15 min. I ordered the catfish snack. I arrived at 4:07. Went thru the drive thru. Two cars in front of me. I got my order at 4:37. Almost an hour from the time I ordered. The fish was two small "fish sticks" and a mountain of swimpy Fries. Asked where is my drink (because a drink came with it the last time I ordered). Was told it didn't come with it. The fish was less than ok. And not worth $8. Definitely will not be returning. The prices are ridiculous and the food is tasteless and the service is slow!!!
