We needed supplies quickly because the VAN ordered the wrong supplies, so I called Lewis and Clark and they told me to speak to the person that works with VNA's. I explained the situation, but she refused to be helpful-she told me it was too late, the supplier had already picked their orders for the day. I asked for the supplier's phone number, then placed the call. That person told me it was not too late, they stop picking their orders at 3:30PM, (which I already knew, because i
I've had to deal with suppliers on and off for 10 years, but to be fair, in case protocol had changed, I wanted to double check) which meant there was almost an hour leeway. I called Lewis and Clark back, and she REFUSED! These supplies could mean the difference between life and death. A few days later, Lewis and Clark was at the door-no advance notice. I was working with my mom and had to leave her in a precarious manner. I couldn't believe I had to sign for 15 telfa pads and 2 tubes of barrier cream. I admit I was loud, because I was worried about my mother and I dealing with a frivolous matter, but I did not swear or call him names, and also apologized for my frustration and told him that I recognized that it was not his fault. We've have had deliveries from the Post Office, Fedx, and UPS for items worth more, and have NEVER had to take time away from caring for my mother to sign. He told me to talk to the person who deals with VNA, and I replied that it would be a waste of my time because she was not useful. By the way, when I called her to let her know that the info she gave me was erroneous, she didn't apologize-not even an I'm sorry, I wasn't aware of that-no, just a refusal to be helpful. I dont know about you, but I don't care to do business with people like this. I have better luck working with supply companies out of state. Wonder if that is one of the reasons that her secondary insurance does not contract with local companies for supplies.

The lady who was working there at 12pm on Saturday 5/7/16 was so rude. She acted like i was bothering her being there. I can't believe that they would have someone with no people skills working there. I literally had to walk out thats how rude she was!!
