Bought a “Christopher PM” backpack. Very high quality produce and customer service is great. Price is a little high for my liking but I understand it is a one-time purchase product. Any product you buy in a Louis Vuitton is expensive, guaranteed, yet they have amazing quality and will last a long time.

I'm changing my review of this location, dropping it to 2 stars. They messed up the hotstamping on my brand new wallet, thereby ruining it. The letters were obviously crooked and off-centre. 

After going back and forth with the store director, they offered me a new one, which I agreed to. What she didn't tell me was that the wallet was discontinued. That was in November 2015. It's now June 2017 and I'm still waiting for my new wallet.

They obviously don't prioritize customer service or fix their own errors. They barely showed remorse after ruining my new wallet. This location could have ordered another wallet from one of their hundreds of global locations, but didn't do that. They were happy to ruin my property and just let the issue fade away. I refuse to support a brand that treats its customers this way, and haven't bought any new LV since.

This location is full con-artists and scammers. My boyfriend went in recently to get me a belt for my birthday and he had no problems or anything at the store thought he had a good experience and it was over. On my birthday he presented me with the belt which I loved! But after inspecting it I noticed a big stain on the back which was velvet. I asked him why it had a stain and he was confused and didn't think much of it he said oh it's on the back no one will notice don't worry it's not that big of a deal. Once I tried it on I realized I needed a bigger size so I went to the Louis Vuitton at Holt in Calgary and showed the lady the belt and told her I needed a bigger size, once she inspected she asked me why it had a stain? I told her it came like that and she was confused. She asked why the salesperson didn't notice it before giving it to him I said I wasn't sure but the lady could tell it wasn't worn and it was a gift so she let me exchange it. Once she brought me the new belt to show me what it should look like we also realized that none of the seals, foams and tags were on the original belt I got either. It was also given in the wrong box which was damaged. We came to the conclusion that this low life of a salesperson had sold my boyfriend a damaged display belt in full price!!!! I am so beyond enraged this is absolutely unacceptable coming from such a high end company. If you're looking to get what you paid for avoid this location!

Look and she found it.
