This is a really really nice park. It pretty much offers everything under the sun. We especially loved swimming up near the dam. It was a pretty neat experience. The damn is I believe 20 or 25 ft High but so much rocks and sediment have set in behind it you can walk across it. Lots of sidewalks lots of parking plenty of hike-and-bike trails and from what I saw pretty good fishing. The Guadalupe is tree-lined so lots of shade and easy access to the water.

Park situated right by the river. There are 2 play areas as well as a splash pad. There's a trail that runs through it great for walking, running, or biking with the family. You can access the river off the trail, the nature center, library. Also a few pavilions set up to stop and picnic or rest. And a nice open field to run around and play ball.

This was a very nice park to take my toddler to. There is a splash pad, multiple playgrounds, trails, creek. The playground by the splash pad was better because it had a sun shade over it, keeping it cooler. Otherwise, we would have loved the other ones. The restroom by the splash pad had no changing table, which was the only negative I saw here. Everything was clean and we enjoyed ourselves.

Absolute beauty, I set out on the grass and had lunch with my son, right in front of the water. We had some of the strangest ducks, come up to us. Really wild ones. We enjoyed the place a bunch.

Great location for family fun! The "splash area" is a hit with people of all ages. The river allows people the options to wade, swim or even float/kayak. A great location for family activities.
