Worst ever! My experience was the most horribly, unpleasant that I have ever experienced in my life. As I continued to receive the rudeness from the gray-haired lady I was still considerate and respectful though she continued to cut me off and then buzzed the next person in as I was still talking to her....so very sad! I hope that persons who have the authority give Rayville's raise to the staff of the Monroe branch as they took care of me and were very respectful and pleasant to work with. The Rayville branch is the most hostile, rude, disrespectful and completely un-knowledgeable!!! Can't believe this is the welcome crew for new residents.

if you need help with something they are terrible with giving you instructions especially over the phone.
