During recent visit, sales staff were extremely helpful without pressure to make purchase. Went above and beyond to achieve additional discounts and provide one piece I required out of table with chairs set. Great local business to buy home furniture.

Had my furniture less than a year and it started falling apart.  Unfortunately, I contacted them a year and a half after having it and they will not honor any warranty.  I was told by one employee I had a full credit, but went in and they will not honor since that employee is no longer with them.  They now say warranty will only cover if it is "pet damage".  I am disappointed as they seemed very sweet when I would go in to talk with them, but I would be told to wait for an email, and I would get totally different treatment.

The salesman, Jerry, was dishonest in a number of ways.  Jerry told us that the furniture would arrive in 6 weeks, we're at the 9 week mark and it just arrived at the store.  Jerry told us that the delivery fee had been "taken care of" in his quote for the furniture - they are now trying to charge an additional $150 for delivery.  Jerry told me if I was dissatisfied in any way I could return the furniture - I'm now being told that I "have to take it" and cannot cancel my owner.  When I attempted to speak with management (Barry) and ownership, Mike, they were belligerent, not helpful and tried to take that forcible approach of telling me that I had to take the furniture even though I am dissatisfied with the dishonesty of the company.  I would definitely not recommend them to anyone - if you want good customer service, this is not the place to get it!

Decent enough selection. High price really for a warehouse type store. $200 for a bar stool each and a SMALL pub table with four chairs over $1000. Expect at least $800 or more for just a couch and nothing super fancy.

Nice folks. Decent furniture. I'd stay away from the Fusion brand however.
