Friendly neighborhood dive bar with live music on Fridays-no cover charge.  Super friendly and helpful staff. Friendly patrons and very casual jamming with decent music.  Loved the bowl of free condoms on the table at the entrance. Every bar should do that to help their customers keep safe!!Service: 5/5

I’ve been going to 3411 off and on over the years for close to a decade..! I’ve introduced so many ppl to this bar that didn’t even know about it initially and they have revisited it multiple times with me and even on their own.. Steph the owner is amazing..! Very personable and gets to know her regulars and what they like..! She knows how to make really good & strong drinks as well as her bar staff..! She even allows me to have an arts and crafts event every 2nd Friday from 7p-9p called Drunk Designs..! Come to Lounge 3411 any day and even during Drunk Designs.. You won’t be disappointed.. There’s evenings/nights with live music, karaoke, open mic, and even RJ’s Catering is present for all good purchasing needs..! CHEERS..!

I decided to attend a Saturday night jam session with my friend and fellow musician, Spencer. I was greeted by a lovely bartender who served me with a quickness. The entertainment was better than I had expected. I got to play with a fantastic old school drummer that sang equally as great of a drummer that he is! I played a few songs, as I am a bassist of about 53 years. And the tap beer was ice cold and reasonably priced - competitive. I especially liked the mobile lumpia wagon that showed up just outside the front doors of "Lounge 3411"!  Hot and delicious Lumpia w/ two kinds of dip!  I strongly recommend anyone and everyone to stop by after 6:30pm daily to this little well kept secret in downtown Oakland on MacArthur.            -D.B.Cronan

I love coming here. Friendly bartenders and reasonably priced drinks. Great neighborhood bar feeling. Love the Saturday night Blues shows - no cover! Amazing talent every week.

3411 is a fantastic Laurel district establishment. Karaoke is wonderful. Local food. Regular, local crowds. Theme nights. Excellent service!! I cannot speak highly enough for this place and the people in it. Holds a near and dear place in my heart. All who wander are not lost, and if you wander into 3411, you have found a source. A deep well or community, fun and camaraderie. Love this place!!!!!!  Tell em “Big Tony sent ya”!!

Among my top local dive bars that is also great place for dancing. DJs most nights, great people, comfortable environment, great neighborhood, awesome happy hour, food available most nights as well.

I held events here for many years and have major love for this place. Family owned vibes with great prices on drinks and food. Never had a complaint from any of my DJs or attendees and I would often attend other events held by other promoters at this place. I can't recommend this place enough!

If you’re looking for a place to chill and lounge and feel like family this is definitely the place to be! The owners are amazing. I’ve been going here for years! Probably since 2011? That’s how you know this is the spot to be! Thank you Stephanie for always taking care of me, my friends and family! I cannot wait to visit when I’m back in town!

This is a great place to go when you want to go listen to or sing karaoke and have a great time food and drinks indoor and outdoor seating.Food: 3/5
