Love’s Jazz and Arts Center's mission is to Preserve, Present and Promote African American Art and Jazz. The vision is to become the recognized jazz and cultural arts center for Nebraska and the surrounding region.
Our desire is to educate the public about the African American artistic contributions, as well as, build bridges within the Greater Omaha community among all its residents through cultural preservation and the Arts. LJAC is becoming known for its excellence in presenting exhibitions, Jazz performances by local and national artists, its commitment to North Omaha youth through arts education, and its dedication to the preservation of African American heritage and culture.
