Worst Loves travel stop ever! I wish I could leave zero stars but one is the minimum. This store is dirty, from the bathrooms to the parking lot. Employees and what seemed to be the manager were all too busy engaged in their own conversations. He even seemed to be bothered when I asked how far the next Loves stop was at. I figured I would get some coffee thinking it would be good since it was still morning but unfortunately I was wrong! The only positive experience I had was the service and meal I received at Hardee's.

Stopped at the Loves in Jasper, Fla after hurricane Irma. Have to say it wss the best experience. The sheriff's dept was there to direct traffic to the pumps with Loves employees manning the pumps. We were in and out in no time. Thank you to the sheriff's dept and Loves!

I always stop at this location on my trips between Jacksonville FL and Jacksonville AL and have a good experience.  I wasn't sure what I would find yesterday as I was leaving Florida because of Irma but I was pleasantly surprised.  There were people helping to direct traffic and trying to ensure customers got to gas pumps as quickly and easily as possible.  While the women's bathroom was being cleaned the shower area was opened up so we could use the ones in there.  While I was dissatisfied with my breakfast at Hardee's I realize the store probably has little to no control over the restaurant.  Overall a good experience.

This is the third time I've been in there. And the coffee station is a mess. They told me they just had a bus go through but yet when I was there the lady at the Travel Center side where regular customers come in a standing there talking to another lady by the name of OJ. Then there is a gentleman that is a loves worker red Polo loves right on his shirt down there getting coffee you say something to him about the counters being sticky and a mess and you know things not refilled and all he could say was I'll find someone to do it. Then I go down to the fuel side to pay for my stuff and there is standing there not doing nothing and didn't tell nobody it's just ridiculous why this place has to be the most dirtiest loves that I've ever been to and I will not come back here again

Paid the freaking ATM $4 and waisted 20 min.
For being honest. Because they made a mistake. SMH
